Throughout my career, I’ve noticed three traits that define the people I genuinely love working alongside:

These visionaries see opportunities, challenge norms and inspire others with fresh ideas and infectious enthusiasm. They’re energising to be around.
2. They Take Action
Dreaming is easy, but achieving takes effort. People who consistently deliver results are invaluable. They act decisively and keep momentum going, even through setbacks.
3. They Enjoy the Ride
Work can get tough, yet these people stay positive, lighten the mood and build real connections. They understand that enjoying the process creates stronger teams and better outcomes.
Here’s something to think about: These traits aren’t just for spotting in others. They’re worth developing in ourselves.
