2️⃣ Be crystal clear
Clear roles and goals eliminate confusion. Everyone knows what they’re working on and, more importantly, why it matters.

3️⃣ Create safety to speak up
People do their best work when they’re not second-guessing themselves. A team that feels safe to question, challenge and take risks will always outperform one that doesn’t.

❗ Here’s the kicker. We sometimes put too much value on individual brilliance and not enough on team contribution. A top performer who doesn’t raise the game for others might be holding the team back.

Strong teams are built on trust, clarity and shared commitment. That’s where the real results come from.
