Growth isn’t predictable. It doesn’t come in tidy, upward trends.
Some days, you leap forward. Other days, you feel like you’re sliding back. But you’re still moving.
Let me share 3 lessons:
1- Setbacks don’t mean failure.
Progress is full of detours. What feels like a step back is often a step towards clarity or a new approach.
2- Perfection is a myth.
If you’re waiting for flawless execution, you’ll stay stuck. Real growth comes from showing up, trying, and learning.
3- Patience is a skill, not a mindset.
Patience isn’t about waiting but staying consistent, even when results feel far away.
When you feel discouraged, ask yourself: “If I keep going, where could I be a year from now?” The answer is usually worth the effort.
👉 Progress is rarely a straight line. It’s a spiral that takes you higher with every turn.
